 The AFP Fort lauderdale/Broward board is here to serve the needs of our local chapter members, coordinate program offerings and to work with AFP International on strategic initiatives.

Kelsey Johnson works with Bambu Nonprofit Strategies, bringing 18 years of experience in nonprofit communications, fundraising, and strategic planning to support South Florida's small and mid-sized nonprofits develop effective, efficient, and sustainable revenue programs. Since 2015, Bambu has worked with more than 40 local agencies to raise more than $30 million dollars. Kelsey is passionate about transparency and ethics in fundraising, and earned her designation as a Certified Fund Raising Executive in 2022. She currently serves as our Chapter's Secretary.
