Traci Allyn Shur is a Certified Fundraising Executive with more than 35 years’ experience in non-profit management and runs her own consulting company specializing in fund development, event planning and donor relations. She is currently the director of philanthropy for the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, responsible for all fundraising nationwide. Her career highlights include serving as South Florida Executive Director of Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and director of major gifts, operations, and President of Broward Health Foundation.

Traci is originally from Forest Hills, New York and a graduate of University of Miami School of Music earning a degree in music therapy. Traci is on the board of the Planned Giving Council of Broward County, and served as president for 2023 and 2024. She served as president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Broward/Fort Lauderdale Chapter, was the 2020 and 2021 chair of National Philanthropy Day in Broward county and the 2024 recipient of the National Philanthropy Day President’s award. She also serves on the Executive board of Glam-a-thon, a local breast cancer charity.
