
Dustin Forman

Dustin Forman is the Director of Community Engagement at WestCare The Village South, where he leads community engagement and fundraising initiatives that drive the organization’s growth and long-term sustainability. He serves as the primary liaison for community relations and development efforts across both Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.
Dustin brings extensive experience in nonprofit development and outreach. Prior to joining WestCare, he served as Development Director for Back on My Feet, overseeing fundraising strategies for the organization’s chapters in Atlanta, Indianapolis, and Fort Lauderdale, while based in South Florida. His career began in the community relations department of the Miami Dolphins, where he supported fundraising efforts for the Miami Dolphins Foundation. He has also held roles with the United States Tennis Association and Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois.
A proud graduate of Leadership Broward Class XLII, Dustin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University.
Dustin currently resides in Plantation, Florida.
