Planet Philanthropy

 

The theme for Planet Philanthropy 2011 is Generosity Through the Generations. Florida's age demography of 2010 will be the nation's demography of 2040. Ours is a state of four full generations and success in fundraising will depend on how we address all four - children, parents, grandparents and super-elders. This is among the most critical philanthropic and communications challenges for the next decade, providing an opportunity for creative approaches, customized to the uniqueness of each generation. This year's Planet Philanthropy conference will extend the conversation forward to recognize the compelling realities of the growth of all of our generational age groups, with special emphasis on presenting the options available for leveraging the assets of each age group....time, talent and treasure....for the betterment of all.
