The TNT Director will lead the campaign's staff team in the management of the Team In Training program within South Florida, Florida Keys and Puerto Rico with emphasis on Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

(FFP), the largest international relief and development organization in the nation, does much more than feed millions of the hungry poor in 17 countries of the Caribbean and Latin America. This interdenominational Christian ministry provides emergency relief assistance, clean water, medicines, educational materials, homes, support for orphans and the aged, skills training and micro-enterprise development assistance, with more than 96 percent of all donations going directly to programs that help the poor. Since its founding in 1982, Food For The Poor (FFP) has distributed more than $9.4 billion in food, medical, educational, building and small business supplies.

The Development Specialist is responsible for providing logistical support to specific fundraising and fund development initiatives, including special events, grants, social media, and donor development, including management and Altru data entry (development software)

The Director of Development will ensure Caridad Center’s fiscal health by developing and implementing an innovative fundraising plan. Specifically, the Director will be responsible for all Caridad Center fundraising initiatives. S/He will implement Annual Fund (AF) program, develop donor relationships in preparation for a Capital Campaign (CC), identify, cultivate and solicit major gifts. S/He will work closely with the Campaign Steering Committee and the Board of Directors to achieve fundraising goals.
